Hi friends,
Here now i will share my experience on attending a plaement drive from onmobile.
Let me tell you frankly i dont get the job :). Two of my friends did.
i was passed through
1)level 1 aptitude
2)level 2 aptitude
3)Tech interview
4) Hr interview (Formality)
I was out in Tech interview level .. :)
now about my experience. The interview was held on 10th january on cochin conducted be shredskerala (www.shredskerala.org).
almost all students all over kerala were present there.
We were having a half n hour test first as Level 1 aptitude.
THE ALL QUESTIONS ARE PURE APTITUDE AND LOGIC BASED. MEANS STORY STUFFS.. (Ex : A crow sitting on electric wire , Train passin Each other, Ramus age , somus age .. Blahh blahh blahh..). this level was simple n most of 30 %cleared it.
Lucky though am onit :P
then level 2 aptitude was also halh n hour .
This level was somewaht tough one.. :(. there was 7 questions. if you can make 4 correct they will select you to interview.
i got selected in level 2 also.
now here comes the third part TECH INTERVIEW
TECH INTERVIEW IS NOT TECHNICAL BUT THEY SEARCH FOR YOUR LOGICAL ABILITY
i was through with my portions and favourite subject but they didnt neew that. they need you to solve a puzzle at front of them . it may be card probelm or some other logical puzzles.
Think for some time . then give reply. dont get panic and reply fast.(I got this problem guys :(..)
just think and reply questions will me easy. also they will ask for how you solved the yesterdays question of logics.. they may randomly ask for questions you solved correctly yesterday.. :)
so be thorough with that too ..Best of luck folks.
HR interview is just a formality. they will ask about your family , about other offers etc..
Now i will give some questions they asked me on aptitude..
